The Global Village Orchestra (2002–2013) was a 10-member ensemble featuring musicians from eight different nationalities. It was driven by Tjitze Anne Vogel, with key contributions from Steven Kamperman, Henk Spies, and Mark Alban Lotz.
The orchestra originated from concerts organized by the “Music: World Series”, a musical meeting place in Utrecht, Netherlands.
The album Globalistics showcased the orchestra’s dynamic fusion of global sounds.

The ensemble toured the Netherlands and recorded for national radio, realising several notable projects:
