Mark My Wor(l)ds is an extraordinary concert series where world music and storytelling come together in a stunning setting. The first edition (2021/22) in was hosted by the Museum Speelklok, a museum for mechanicals music instruments located in a former church right in the center of medieval Utrecht. The second edition (2023/24) at De Molen De Ster, a historic windmill and working woodshop in Utrecht. Other editions saw performances in Zeist and Den Dolder.

Curated by Mark Lotz, each edition features artists from diverse traditions, offering a deep dive into their music, lives, and creative journeys. In times of war, crisis, and social unrest, this series provides a stage for the many colourful artistic voices Holland is rich, that deserve to be heard.

The evening starts with a solo performance by an artist/activist, followed by the main concert where Mark Lotz engages the musicians in conversation, creating a dynamic and immersive experience.
